- Payment Data: Processed by an external payment provider. We do not store full card details; only the transaction reference required for order tracking.

- Communication: If you contact us via email, we store your message, email address, and any attachments for the purpose of responding to your inquiry.

Your data may be transferred to the United States where our company is registered. We take appropriate safeguards to protect your data during such transfers, including encryption and secure protocols.

We retain your order data for up to 3 years for legal and accounting purposes. Technical logs are retained for up to 90 days. You may request deletion at any time.

9. Cookies, Analytics and Advertising
Always on, no consent needed: the site keeps your language and your cookie choice in your browser (the choice for 12 months). While you place an order, the order number sits in session storage so the confirmation page can show it. Our payment provider may set its own fraud-prevention cookies at checkout.
Only after you click "Godkänn alla":
- Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited): pages viewed, device type and approximate location. This shows us where people get stuck while ordering.
- Google Ads conversion tracking: tells us which ad led to an order. For completed orders the Google tag turns your email address into a SHA-256 hash inside your browser and sends only that hash to Google (enhanced conversions), so the order can be matched to an ad click without the address travelling in readable form.
- Google Ads remarketing: Google and its partners use cookies to show our ads on other websites and apps to people who visited roadpassonline.com, for example someone who opened the order form but did not pay. We only see how large such a list is, never who is on it.
- Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited): clicks, scrolling and layout problems, so we can find the parts of the site that confuse visitors.
If you choose "Endast nödvändiga", Google tags still send cookieless signals without identifiers for counting visits in total, and an ad click ID may be passed along in page links instead of a cookie. These signals are never used for remarketing lists.
Legal basis and transfers: your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and the ePrivacy rules on storing information on your device. Google and Microsoft may process this data in the USA; both are certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Cookie lifetimes: Google Analytics up to 2 years, Google Ads up to 13 months, Clarity up to 1 year.
Changing your mind: click "Cookie-inställningar" at the bottom of any page and choose "Endast nödvändiga". This takes effect at once; cookies already set can be deleted in your browser.
